All prices displayed on our store are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, discounts, taxes, and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

OFFARC may cancel or refuse an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, abusive activity, or other legitimate business or legal reasons.

If we cannot fulfill an order that has already been paid, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Manual Payments

OFFARC currently accepts selected manual payment methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfer.

Customers must send payment only to the official account details displayed by OFFARC.

Always verify the account name and account number before transferring funds.

An order paid through manual payment will only be considered paid after OFFARC has independently verified that the payment has been successfully received.

A payment screenshot or transfer receipt alone does not constitute final payment verification.

Payments sent to accounts other than the official payment details provided by OFFARC will not be recognized as payment for an order.

OFFARC will not contact customers to provide an alternative account for payment.

If anyone contacts you claiming to represent OFFARC and provides different payment details, do not send payment. Verify the request directly through our official communication channels.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Philippine consumer laws.

Intellectual Property

OFFARC's original logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content, website materials, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.
